Mojito

This drink is strongly associated with tropical countries due to its refreshing taste and this is true to its history too. The mojito origin comes from its use as a Cuban medicine where locals would mix a crude rum made from sugar cane with lime juice and mint to help prevent scurvy, although it is no longer used as medicine it is still widely popular whenever it's hot out.
