Old Fashioned Cocktail
The old fashioned is the original cocktail, it's name comes from the original cocktails consisting of a spirit and some bitters. Over time newer cocktails were made with spirits and some sort of mixer to create new drinks, with the advent of this people asked for cocktails done "the old fashioned way" and thus this drink was born.

Recipe
- Add 1/2 tsp of granulated sugar or 1/2 Oz of simple syrup to rocks glass
- Add ice to glass
- Add in 2 Oz of Bulleit Bourbon to the glass
- Garnish with a slice of orange rind and 2-3 dashes of angostura bitters
- OPTIONAL: squeeze the rind into a flame above the drink for some smoky notes and a little extra flair
